Group FitnessGroup fitness sessions are fun. Our groups are large enough for you to feel you are an important part of a team, and small enough to give you the attention you deserve. Your trainer knows who you are, what you can do, and how to get the best out of you. Choose between our larger "FitSquad" group fitness training sessions, or our smaller more intimate group fitness sessions of generally no more than 6 people. Your group fitness session enables you to meet new friends and train in a dynamic environment. Watching the health and fitness progress of others will inspire you to keep exercising toward achieving your own goals. We measure your results regularly so you can see improvements in your fitness levels and be encouraged to reach new fitness heights. Our group fitness sessions are run outdoors in the beautiful parks and beaches of Sydney, so you are never bored with the scenery. Form your own group, or join one of our existing groups. We also offer training in pairs, or one-on-one personal training sessions. Fees
