Required Fitness Level
You don't need to be superfit to join our running groups. The sessions are structured in such a way that most levels of fitness are catered for. You will be encouraged to push yourself within your individual limits. We won't let you take it easy, but we won't overtrain you either.

Session Times: Wed 6am, Sat 6:45am

Venue:Beauchamp Park, Chatswood meet in front of grandstand. Car entrance on Nicholson St.

What to bring: water, pre-exercise questionnaire (if first session), comfortable running attire, warm top

Wet weather policy: session cancelled in lightning or extremely heavy rain. Notification via SMS

General training plan: we will use the oval and surrounding area, doing a variety of training including intervals, pacing practice, road runs, hill technique, and time trials.

Term III: 26/05-30/06

CourseFees

Two sessions per week, $180
One session per week,  $110

This low price includes:

  • All training sessions
  • Group Sunday run once/month
  • Chaperone on fun run days
  • Informal group training run once/wk (at the moment is on Fridays, early am). Note your trainer does not attend this session.


If you start with Hooked on Health part way through the term, you will be charged on a pro rata basis + a small additional fee
